| On the other hand if you decide to consult you could also get a negative reaction and petitions by people who are frightened of any change many of which are likely to be signed by people who don't feel that they can decline or just feel that it is safer to stay with the status quo and they don't engage with any discussions. At least with experimental changes these can be experienced and tweaked to find increasingly improved solutions. You won't hear from a lot of people if you don't fully engage. Certainly online only consultations miss out an awful lot of people whose voices should be heard. |
