| Ron, unless you have a detailed study and simulation of traffic flow following these changes I would be careful with your conclusions. I am not sure the council have much more analysis available, but they will be looking at this holistically and not as you appear to, anecdotally. Your opinion can be yours, but please avoid being judgemental to others who disagree, provide me with the information as to why can I not consider this an improvement. I consider this an improvement based on my limited experience and the information provided (based on data from Walthamstow). Having said that I would be happy change my mind if you can provide facts showing otherwise. This test should surely provide all the data you need (be it air quality or traffic along horn lane or in the poets corner). Us residents On acaciA road have noticed a massive reduction in traffic - indeed this is also only anecdotal. All the best |
