| Our new business broadband hub was supposed to be delivered yesterday and we're just about to lose our broadband connection, as agreed, in order to swap over the hub. No sign of the package. They won't agree to leave the broadband set-up as it is.....it's in motion, can't be stopped!! BT absolutely useless and I'm fed-up of the automated phone system which goes around in circles and when I eventually get through to an "echo" of a voice over in India, I'm left frustrated, repeating myself, asking them to repeat themselves and now I've been told the package will be here in 3 days. Probably. This is an example of why our country is in a mess. Shake-up, shape-up or go under. Disgraceful. |
