At the risk of being awkward, I've been with BT for around 15 years now and have experienced very few problems.  I use their Home IT service, which is marvellous - based in North east of England.  They've sorted out many an IT problem for me.I agree with problems about communicating with call centres in far flung areas - luckily I haven't had to deal with these too much.  b ut in the main, I'm happy to stick with BT
