| I was with BT till about 3 years ago, at that time I was paying £16 @ month for Dial Internet access, and they were going to increase it to £18.99 @ month. Too much for dial up internet I thought, so the next day I changed to Talktalk, and stopped using the BT dial up number. I actually found a "Free" Uk Internet ISP they had an 0844 number, so it wasn't exactly free but very good price and better than BT. BT were not happy I changed, so they kept sending me bills saying I owed them £60 or there about's. I had to go to OFCOM 3 times before they sorted it out. I would recommend getting in touch with OFCOM and monitor all your calls and any internet use. |
