| My son is currently at AHS and I can say categorically that the school is nothing like the "outstanding" school of the 2006 Ofsted report. I think it is likely this is because there was a change of head after the report was published, and the current head is dreadful. I was interested to read in one of the previous posts that staff are unhappy with her as this is what I suspected to be the case from discussions I have had with staff. I would not send my child to that school if I had a chance again, and wholly support Toby Young in his plans. However, I had no choice at all - not being able to afford to go private - and I deeply regret sending him there. |
