Meant to say, Chris, perhaps you can add to your tick-box questionnaire of your own: Would you as a Friary Park resident want a water meter? I'm sure the residents probably haven't got them at the moment and when they move back in (if they are one of the lucky ones, of course) they will have water meters. Expensive when you have a family. Do you think Catalyst's consultation is flawed? They say they delivered around 2,300 leaflets about the redevelopment initially but I know many of us who didn't get them and I read everything that comes through my door, so I know I didn't receive it. Also, from the workshops I've been to, the feedback residents have given Catalyst Housing has been misrepresented at following workshops, for example, residents were adamant they didn't want the green in Friary Road to be lost to Catalyst in their rebuild and yet at the next workshop there was a powerpoint slide that said "you residents are happy for us to nick your green"! What can we do about that? |
