In case anyone hasn't written to their local Conservative councillors yet. I think the following quotes from David Cameron might be useful. On You and Yours "Some of the primary schools, you know maybe I’m being overprecious and protective of my daughter but you sort of feel that your small child is going to go to this enormous state primary school, my kid would get lost" Cameron Direct in Bradford “I’ve got my daughter going to a Church of England faith school near us, I’m really pleased. It’s a bit smaller than some of other really big schools and my precious little four year old, I was worried about her going to a sort of school with 400 kids in.” The Yorkshire Post interview What I want most in a primary school is one where the headteacher knows my child's name and they're not part of some enormous mass. Now Angie Bray potential Conservative candidate has written supporting our cause to the councillors, lets see what Ian Gibb and the conservative group will do. Are they Cameronites or not? |
