| I accept that with a transient population it may be difficult for Ealing to plan for the number of school places required, especially when people arrive in the area on a Friday and expect that their children will be educated on a Monday morning. If you want a place in a state school, how soon do you have to apply for a place? And if you arrive late, can the school reject the applicant? |
