| Come off it Richard. The Parking Attendant said that he would have given him 3 minutes 'loading time'. What do you know about the definition of 'loading' that the parking attendant doesn't? Do you think 'loading' has to be something heavy, like bricks? Why can't it be cash? I think the point is that 'loading' allows for a short stop, but not parking up and leaving the car. |
