Correct - two hours a day: one in the morning and one in the afternoon - that's so it deters commuters who want to leave their cars all day while they catch a train into town, while not inhibiting local life too much. It's the least disruptive CPZ you can get and the cheapest - £40 a year. You are not buying a pass for two hours a day but to be in the CPZ |
