| Hello All, I live on Creffield Road, and I have just read notices consulting on including our street on the proposed CPZ. I am looking at the notice and s(2)(b) states :- ..to provide that parking spaces would operate in the periods between 10am and 11am and between 4pm and 5pm on Mondays to fridays inclusive; and.. I am confused by this statement. Are they saying the the CPZ will be effective for 1 hour in the monring and 1 hour PM or does the word "inclusive" means it runs from either 10-4 or 11 to 5? It seems daft me buying a permit for just 2 hours a day.. Any ideas. Ta M |
