Hi Dee

I just wrote that myself and have no idea of all the legal terminology/what is the right thing to say.

I have now noticed though that I have refered to the Licencing Committee when it should really be the Planning Committee.

As I understand it IF the Planning Committee allow the change of use of the unit then the company must still apply to the licencing Committee for a gaming premises licence so we effectively get two chances to stop this.
