Please bear in mind that any objetions made about morality of gambling or the fact that there is no demand for gambling or already too much gambling in Acton would not be considered. What we can object to is the change of use on the grounds that the operator will not be operating Bingo as the primary activity in the unit and should therefor be applying for an AGC (adult gaming centre) not a bingo. |
