| Any objection raised to this application should point out to the local authority that they beleive the primary gaming activity that the premises will be used for is not BINGO but GAMING MACHINES.....the potential operator should be asked to provide evidence that the primary activity on the premises will be Bingo in terms of space devoted to Bingo, proportion of profits derived from Bingo games, Number of people/positions available for people playing Bingo. If it can be shown that the primary activity is not Bingo but Gaming Machines then the council should refuse the change of use. |
