The major problem is Sara, althought the laws exist to stop unlicensed gaming machines in Taxi Ranks, Takeaways etc they are just not enforced with any vigour. Take a look in Acton High Street and several places still have these machines despite the laws and the hardwork of the Budd commission.
If only Ealing persued such breaches with the same enthusiasm as it does minor parking offences!!
