It's not the vetting of the judiciary. It's what he hears and then may pass on. That's why they are nervous about prosecuting. Otherwise there would have been a case ages ago. I am still wondering how people in practice expect the HR laws to be changed. Other than the 47 signatories coming to an agreement I don't think there will be a change. If we did not have a law preventing people from being locked up without charge, how many would we see locked up? |
