Has the Human Rights Act gone potty in that: It protects the guilty from being deported after committing serious crimes (a right to a family life.) Should we be subject to unqualified judges in another country telling us what we can and can't do? Should our senior politicians get a backbone and, ignore any EU court ruling, especially if it is nor binding? Why do unqualified judges interpret the law to prevent us from deporting undesirables? Come to this country, abide by it's laws or don't come! Easy. What happens if we deport an undesirable after the EU says we cant, a fine and a letter of disapproval, I can live with that. |
