The right to no detainment without charge, The right to assembly i.e. protest (without a permit), The right (I don't know a good way of wording it) not to be searched by the police without good reason, The right to no detainment without charge,. If a person is a threat to national security, keep them out of the way. I have the right to live without the threat of being blown-up, especially if it comes from an illegal immigrant. The right to assembly i.e. protest (without a permit) We have the right to protest and demonstrate in this country, but, some areas are sensitive. To have to obtain a permit is not a violation of human rights. The right (I don't know a good way of wording it) not to be searched by the police without good reason,. Maybe the police are kinky. If the police do a stop and search, it is probably because the person is known to the police, or it could be the coppers nose, the person is up to no good. After-all it is the job of the police to prevent crime where it is suspected. |
