| Just read a newspaper headline which said: 'Euro Judges have no judicial experience...admits head of the court that said Qaatada must stay in UK' Many of the 'best' judges at the European Court of Human Rights have no judicial experience. In a rare appearance at Westminster Sir Nicolas Bratza came under fire from MPs over a string of controversial judgements, including the blocking of the deportation of hate preacher Abu Qatada and a ruling that prisoners should be given the vote.
