| Right click on the images, save to file, open with picture viewer or other appropriate programme. This will then give you a good idea of the dire chaos this plan will cause. Who ever concocted this cock-up should be shot. To say I am confused would be an under statement. Has any consideration been give to the elderly, disabled and/or visually impaired, I doubt it. The next thing the council will want to introduce is congestion charging for all the delays. Is Acton to become the new M25 car park? |
