| 'Once you've deciphered the plan'.....parts of it left me baffled i have to say and my first thoughts were of the pain of weeks of roadworks, traffic and diversions, I'd be interested to see the timescale for the work. I welcome the stop and shop bays presumably like the ones they've put in at ealing common shops. Also makes sense to move bus stops further away from proposed roundabouts, the buses cause so many problems at the moment. I dont understand the bit on B about 'right turn from uxbridge rd and left turn from gunnersbury lane banned to improve capacity' bit???? From/to where? From a drivers perspective i think the roundabouts will be an improvement, from a pedestrians, i really don't know its hard to picture it from the plans. |
