Hello Richard, have you come across the following PCN query before: Is a PCN automatically invalid if the attendant has entered the wrong road as the location of where the vehicle was parked? A residents visitor voucher for a CPZ was used, the foil sections on these are difficult to scratch off and you either remove part of an adjacent panel, create a hole in the card or go through to the white fluuy bit. In this case the All Day section went partially through in places to the white card, the day section was clearly OK, the date was correct but half of the adjacent date came off while trying to scratch off the foil, the month was clearly correct. It was written across the top of the ticket which day, date and month it referred to, as previously advised to do so by Ealing Customer Service, as residents had complained about this problem before and it could clearly be seen that the voucher had only been used once. Both of these issues occured and resulted in the issue of a PCN do you have any experience advice in contesting this? Thank you |
