In two posts on this thread last night, I said that challenges and appeals against PCNs can only be sent to Ealing by post or fax. That is what it says on the website if, using the links on the left of the screen, you go via Transport & Streets - Parking - Tickets and fines - Parking contraventions. But if you go to Transport & Streets - Parking, and click on the link on the right of the screen "Dispute your penalty charge notice (PCN)", you get a quite different story. "Dispute your PCN online - This is the easiest, most efficient way to challenge your PCN." Presumably the latter page is the up-to-date one. |
