Sgt Neil Mackintosh, 0208 721 7190 would like to speak to those who have been approached by this man. Unless they do so and this person is brought before the courts he will continue with his 'antics'. I have asked the person who I know of to do this. But you cannot force those who have had a bad experience to make a statement because they fear reprisals. (ie, the person will be released and they will be pursued and attacked again). Unless you have been attacked this is a very difficult thing to explain. Receiving abusive phone calls can have the same effect. |
