| John, it sounds as though he is living in some sort of 'sheltered' housing in Birkbeck Road. This is a major route from the bus stop to my home. I will not let this rest. I am not into hounding, but we all need to know who this person is, and what it wrong with him. Remember, the Social Services Department do not have a good reputation for looking after anyone, viz the recent cases of abused children. But this is a Police matter, because he is assulting women. Perhaps he is also assulting men, but they have not come forward. |
