| This was raised at the ward forum - by our sergeant actually. He says they think they know the man concerned but cannot proceed unless women who have been followed, yelled at or assaulted are prepared to come forward, give a statement, identify him and be available to go to court. If that's you, make contact with him or the local nick and they will take things further. |
