| I did mean you Sara, apologies for not spelling your name correctly, but I was referring to the direction the post took after the post by John Theodore Clark on 17/09/09 at 17:55 where he says (I've never heard of a mental health facility on Birkbeck Road, and an internet search doesn't return anything along those lines. There is no such facility listed on Ealing Council website either. However, I think that the Probation Service has a Sex Offenders Unit at 4, Birkbeck Road (or at least it did a few years back). There is also a bail hostel on the High Street opposite the ex-Captain Cook. Many bail hostels are quasi-secret because people don't want them in their areas. So maybe there is a bail hostel for sex offenders somewhere on Birkbeck Road. But please be careful. It would be awful if the residents of a normal block of flats were labelled as sexual predators or perverts.) it then turns into a thread about Hotels etc which is not what the subject of this thread was about. I understand what Neelam is saying also i.e. 'won't not 'want', and allowing for spelling mistakes, there is a huge difference in saying "I wan't harm you" and "I won't harm you" So what started off as a thread about a 'Strange Man' in the Oaks centre, changed into a thread about a sexual predator and Bail hostels for Sexual predators on Birkbeck Road (I can't believe it), then just as suddenly gets derailed into a new thread about Hotels etc. So, Excuse me if I am a bit perplexed. |
