Dear Angela,             Thank-you for your comments. I have tried everything to solve this matter but common sense is not prevailing. What is more dangerous me driving my 2 Litre Mazda(P.S. I got my license back in 13 months) or me selling you a bottle of wine? This subject has been going on for more than a year but the authorities are fruitcakes. I have spent the last 6 months learning the law on my own (very difficult) and the law is there to protest the public. Please keep in touch as my next move is What the Justice of Peace(will name them) did?
