My license was renewed in 2004 due to negligence on the police departments part as they had not thoroughly check their records to see if I had any convictions.  My License was revoked in 2005 because I declared it - why are we asked if we have convictions?  Shouldn't the police have a record of this?  Before revoking my license, Nigel Charlton, under the 2003 act should have informed London Borough of Ealing regarding my drink driving offence which he didn't, instead he thought he was smart enough to bypass the council and take the law into his own hands.  I do not want to defame the police but if they ask for it am I to blame???
