Hello Paresh.  I do have some sympathy for your case.  My opinion is that honesty, especially in such serious cases, is always the best policy.  Drink driving is a serious offence.  Yes, the Police may have overlooked something but you did the right thing by being honest. What I would say to you is this, try being less emotional in your endeavour to correct or reverse this decision and that might help you.  Many people, especially authority, respond in a different way when we are less emotive.  Best wishes.
