I don't want the tip to close. But are we complaining at the right target? Why not at least ask the Council for the reason? Most of these cuts are due to the slashing of Westminster's funding of local authorities that started with the ConLib government in 2010. Complaining at the Council is a bit like putting someone in charge of your cat who you know won't feed it and then being angry with the poor animal when it eats the budgie or rolls over and dies.
