| The street sweepers are out already in Highlands Avenue. But why do they come before the recycling? We then end up with paper/plastic/cans that are dropped by the recycling team and not picked up. This then stays for a week - unless we pick it up ourselves. I think it worked better when the streets were swept the day after rubbish collection, at least then all the debris that was left could be cleaned up. |
