| Since Bell works as a researcher several days per week for Mr Sharma MP instead of dedicating every fibre to running the administration on a daily basis, what do you expect? Mahfouz is a something in a housing association and who knows how many hours he spends on Council business? Meanwhile back at the Council the senior incompetents do a rubbish job on constructing the new refuse contract and escape with impunity. There is a long history of poorly run councils leading in some cases to corruption through long term lack of proper controls. |
