| agreed, but if it was made to work, and as I remember there was such a thing on the site before it was developed that was successful - it could work if the car park was used for housing (low level)- but there needs to be a walkway from the High Street through to Churchfield Road - if the architects had some vision the market outside Morrisons could be moved inside (no problems with the weather then) and that area - which has not proven to be workable dug up and turned into what? (replacing the hideous post office with someone more workable/people friendly along the way - with perhaps small scale upmarket flats above). A large tastefully covered cafe with perhaps a small 'band stand'/multi purpose entertainment space in the middle? |
