| Alex, developers don't take local infrastructure into consideration and really nor should they. They put in their application and the council makes the decision. The council are the only ones to blame. They have the power to say no, but choose not to. The council keep saying yes to developments thus making their own lives more difficult when it comes to places in schools, doctors availability, sewerage disposal, electricity supply, etc. Why? What's in it for the council except for a lot of hassle? Makes you wonder what they're getting from the developers.... |
