| Yuk I'd be mortified to have my neighbours walking through the contents of my ripped rubbish sacks. I'm wondering if they actually realise that you are doing all this work. How about photographing the mess so that everybody realises what has happened, pointing out collection days and times and rules and asking everybody to please NOT put their waste out too early. With regard to the hedge - I like the idea of asking for help as suggested. Then you can be sure that it is cut but it just won't be so onerous a task. |
