Doesn't seem to bother them much at the moment, does it? No, of course, the best way would be to get their co-operation. If she can't then, sadly, she'll have to grin and bear it ...or see if there's any leverage through the lease/landlord - that's what the lease is there for unless it's a sloppy lease (sounds like it might be). We have had problems with an HMO a couple of doors away where there have been piles of uncollected, unbagged rubbish. After repeated calls to and subsequent visits by the council, the invisible landlord sends someone to clear up. I guess it's worth his while in the end (yes, I am being cynical) |
