| Marie, I guess you have to settle for their being nice people and I certainly would not start aggravating them as recommended (am sure you wont) as it is really important to have nice neighbours in the same house. Seems they just do not care so much about the garden and do not pull their weight but at least they are ameniable to you doing what you want. Imagine how annoying it would be if they did take an interest but you and they did not agree on what needed to be done, nightmare. I am trying to see a silver lining in their somehow! |
