| Iain, the back garden is just ours as you correctly pointed out. I am in the ground floor flat, so if your theory stands, then the front garden is mine too. It might as well be as I'm the only one that cares about it. My hubby, kids and I did the hedge the day before our 'time-limit' to do it was up, as nobody else made the effort. Made it quicker by laying down a huge dust sheet along the hedge then dragging the trimmings into the front garden in one huge pile rather than sweeping up bit by bit in the street. I am also usually the one left to clear up ribbed rubbish bags (not mine as I put ours out early thursday morning, not the night before), and it's not pleasant clearing up other peoples rubbish. |
