Go the Ealing planning website and focus on the revised Design and Access Statement on Page 5, the revised Heritage statement on Page 6, and the revised Planning statement on Page 7. Derwentwater and Stuart road residents should look at the images on P18, P33, P20 and P23 Of the revised Design and Access Statement. We also need to consider the statement that 142 residential units (52x 1 beds, 50 x 2 beds, 39 x 3 beds and 1 x 4 beds) will only produce 270 residents and 28 children of primary school age. Really?? I consider that there would be at least 133 children of school age which would have an impact on school places. The children and adult residents would also have an impact on demand on local GP practices. Churchfield rd. would also suffer from a massive increase in traffic to and from the housing and supermarket units. |
