| We sent an email to planning@ealing.gov.uk with the reference number of another planning application + the officer in charge in the title, sent them a reminder a week later, called three times. Getting closer to the end of consultation time as days without hearing anything back pass....Called Ealing again today at 16:57, offices were already closed. We finally got a call back but "they couldn't find the original email" just the third one asking when will we get a call back....Basically, do not assume that because you write the reference number they will read your email. They don't seem capable of finding emails in an inbox. |
