As they submitted 106 documents here are the key ones Link to the main Design Document: http://www.pam.ealing.gov.uk/PlanNet/documentstore%5CDC11123399-71-1_AF_A.PDF Heritage statement: http://www.pam.ealing.gov.uk/PlanNet/documentstore%5CDC11123399-78-1_AF_A.PDF It continues to be an over-sized monolithic monstrosity, failing to integrate with, and dwarfing the surrounding buildings. The communal gardens are raised a few stories off the ground so fail to improve the public realm as they try to accommodate three stories of car-park. The oak tree facade looks cheap and tacky and will look more so after a few years of neglect. What are other comments are people submitting? |
