| One of his successful appeals back in 2008 was the development of 107-111 Churchfield Road representing a development company called Palmfield Ltd of 5 North End Road NW11....coincidentally the same address as Freeds 2009 Ltd, the developers of the Shakespeare Road site. Details of which are on the link below. Mr Pearlman was/is the architect on both developments. http://www.ppmservices.co.uk/?p=116 This made front page news back in 2008 on this site. http://www.actonw3.com/default.asp?section=info&page=conchurchfielddev08.htm I have a sneaky feeling that if all else fails, and they lose all appeals, they will wait for the whole site to become vacant, demolish the existing buildings and sell on with or without some sort of planning permission............Just my thoughts. |
