| Roger i have a copy of the title register that i obtained from The Land Registry. Under section C: Charges Register it states this: .....A conveyance dated 10th October 1877 made between (1) The British Land Company Limited and (2) The Era Investment and Advance Company Limited contains restrictive covenants. NOTE:- Abstract filed. What would the term Abstract filed mean ? |
