| Ealing Council Planning Committee will be considering the application for the development of the vacant site adjacent to Bollo Bridge Road, All Saints Road and Palmerston Road (formerly occupied by Bollo Court and Kipling Tower). The proposal has 9-storey block running the length of the perimeter on the North side, abutting Bollo Bridge Road. I think this is at least 4 storeys too tall and will undermine the work done so far to humanise the scale of the new buildings on the south side of the estate. I plan to object on this basis and have been invited to the planning meeting. But the invitation makes clear that the commitee will only hear one objection for a maximum of 3 minutes, and that if there is more than one objection, a single spokesman needs to represent the views of all objectors.
