| The problem is not whether the glass is half full or half empty. Peoples shopping habits are and have changed. Business rates and rents are sky high and shop keepers are struggling. As for flats well the boom was a result of BTL investors and the cuurent government policies have killed that stone dead... As a West Londoner born and bread I am all in favour of good quality development not rubbish that no one wants and frankly left empty this does no regenerate any area "Ghost Town springs to mind". |
