| Why isn't it a good idea? The carpark is ugly, the real estate is in a great location and the high street could benefit from the regeneration. I have read the town planning regeneration proposal by the council and having shops that run to the street seems positive to me. Once again any proposed change is considered negative on this forum and developers evil. You do realise that without developers nothing would ever get developed and we'd be stuck with the same terrible buildings and layouts from the last 50 years. |
