| It's worst service i've experienced since living in London. And we voted for more of the same! All i hear from the councillors is excuses not fixes. They signed the terrible contract that has got us into this mess just to save a few quid, the tender and supplier management processes at the council are broken. Maybe 2020 will bring some change but it's a long way off and i doubt this council could manage anything like actually collecting rubbish and cleaning streets. And yep we have to pay more for this, pathetic. |
