| My FWB was not collected last week but went on schedule yesterday. It's made worse by the Bank Holiday so not knowing if the problem is the lack of operatives turning up to work and so trying to cover a greater area and not managing it. Because of the restrictions on when you can report a missed collection you are left wondering whether to leave the FWB out in case they haven't collected yet. At least we've had a lot of time to learn how to reduce our waste. Luckily I can easily get two weeks' into the FWB but had I been going away this week I'd have been very cross at having to leave stuff in it until I used it again. It should be MY decision whether or not to put it out and not theirs on whether or not they fancy collecting.
